This notice explains exactly what you consent to when you leave your email in the early-access form on sportygram.com. It complements our Privacy Policy — that document covers everything we do with data on this site; this one is the short, plain-language version of the consent itself.

1. Who you are giving consent to

The data controller is Sportygram, an international technology project headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus. For anything related to your data, write to [email protected].

2. What data is processed

• the email address you entered in the form;
• the page language and which form the request came from;
• technical request data: IP address, browser details, and time of submission.

3. Purposes

• adding you to the Sportygram early-access list;
• emailing you when the app is ready and delivering the promised early-user bonus;
• protecting our forms from bots and abuse;
• running and improving the site.

We do not sell your data, share it with ad networks, or send you anything you did not sign up for.

4. Operations and retention

Processing includes collecting, recording, storing, using, and deleting the data. It is stored in a secured database on servers in the European Union — no longer than 24 months after your last interaction, or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first.

5. How to withdraw consent

Any time: email [email protected] from the address you left in the form — we will remove it within 30 days and confirm by reply. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

6. Your rights

You can request access to your data, a copy, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing — the full procedure is described in the Privacy Policy, under “Your rights.”
