Terms of Use
Effective: January 12, 2026
Welcome to Sportygram. Sportygram is a mobile fitness app, and this website is our home on the internet — a place to read our blog and join the early access list. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using sportygram.com, including the blog and the early access sign-up. We’ve written them to be read, not skimmed: short paragraphs, plain English, no traps.
One thing worth saying up front, because it shapes everything else: we don’t sell your data, and we don’t run advertising trackers on this site. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which works alongside these Terms.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
Sportygram is an international technology project headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus. We operate this website and the Sportygram mobile fitness app. These Terms cover the site, the blog, and the early access list; the app has its own terms, presented inside the app.
For any questions about these Terms, the site, or your data, write to [email protected]. A real person reads every message.
2. Accepting these Terms
These Terms apply whenever you visit or use the site. By browsing the site, reading the blog, or joining the early access list, you agree to be bound by them. If you don’t agree with something here, please don’t use the site — no hard feelings.
Our services are not intended for anyone under 16. By using the site or joining the early access list, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
3. The early access list
The early access list is a simple promise: leave your email, and we’ll invite you to Sportygram among the first. Here is what joining does — and doesn’t — mean:
- What you get. We store your email so we can invite you to Sportygram. We’ll only write when there’s something that genuinely matters — above all, your invitation.
- The early-bird bonus. We thank our first users with premium access to the app. The exact terms of that bonus — what it includes, how long it lasts, and who qualifies — are announced when the bonus is activated. Until then, the bonus is a stated intention, not a binding offer.
- No guarantees about the future. Joining the list is free and doesn’t guarantee access by any particular date, or any particular set of features. Sportygram keeps evolving, and plans can change.
- Leaving is easy. You can leave the list at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or simply write to [email protected]. We’ll remove you, no questions asked.
4. Our content is not medical advice
Everything on this site and in our blog — articles, training ideas, nutrition notes — is provided for general information and education only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a doctor or another qualified health professional.
If you have a medical condition, or any doubt about what is safe for you, please talk to a qualified specialist before changing your diet or your training routine. Your health comes first — always.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, design, logos, and other materials on this site belong to Sportygram and are protected by intellectual property laws. That said, we want our work to be useful:
- You may read, share, and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may quote our blog — we like being quoted — as long as you include an active link to the original page on sportygram.com.
- Any other use, including commercial republication, requires our prior written permission. Just ask: [email protected].
6. What’s not allowed
We keep this list short, and we mean every item on it. You may not:
- attempt to hack, probe, or disrupt the site or the infrastructure behind it;
- bypass or interfere with security measures, including reCAPTCHA on our forms;
- scrape, harvest, or mass-copy content or data from the site by automated means;
- use our forms to send spam, unlawful content, or anything malicious;
- introduce malware or take any other action intended to harm the site or its visitors;
- use the site in violation of any applicable law.
7. Third-party services and links
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v2, which helps us tell humans from bots. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Our blog may link to external websites. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. When you follow an external link, the third party’s own terms and policies apply.
8. The site is provided “as is”
This is a free website, and we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it accurate, secure, and online, but we can’t promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or up to date, or that the content will fit your particular situation. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sportygram will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Whatever rights the law gives you as a consumer, you keep.
10. Changes to the Terms and the site
Sportygram is a project in motion, and these Terms will evolve with it. When we update them, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we’ll post a clear notice on the site. If you keep using the site after an update takes effect, that means you accept the updated Terms.
We may also change, pause, or discontinue any part of the site at any time — including the blog and the early access list — as the project develops.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
If a dispute comes up, talk to us first: write to [email protected] and we’ll try in good faith to resolve the matter amicably. We aim to respond within 30 days, and in our experience most issues can be solved with an honest conversation.
If you live in the EEA or the United Kingdom
Nothing in these Terms takes away protections granted to you by the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. Where those laws give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, that right remains yours.
If you live anywhere else
Cyprus law and the jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts apply to the fullest extent permitted. If the laws of your country grant you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are unaffected by these Terms.
